If performed Hajj in the last five years, there will be a 2,000 SAR ($580) extra charge from the Hajj Ministry.
Required Documents All applicants Regardless of residency status MUST scan and upload all documents needed for visa processing.
All documents must be clear, legible and high resolution.
For non-US citizen (Green Card, Work Permit, etc), In addition to scanning a High Resolution copy please ensure that we receive by mail (FedEx/UPS) all the following documents to complete your Hajj application.
High Definition Colored passport copy with a validity of at least 6 months from date of departure (No handwritten passports accepted by Saudi Consulate)
Two (2) passport size photos with white background.

Copy of Meningitis vaccine record with the past 5 years. (If you do not have this right away, you can upload it at a later time before we apply for the visa.)
Copy of the COVID19 vaccine.
For Non US Citizens . A NOTORIZED color copy of your green card (Front & back). MUST send the original green card as well since it is required by the Saudi Consulate.
If you have a work permit, please scan and upload it as well.
If traveling with your spouse, a copy of your marriage certificate.
If you are traveling with your children, a copy of their birth certificates.
If you are traveling with your mother/sister, a copy of birth certificates/proof of relationship. Those documents need to clearly show the relationships.
If you are a female 45 years of age or older who is traveling alone, please provide notarized letter from your “mahram” allowing you travel for hajj. A sample copy is available online.
If you are not from an official Islamic country, or you have a non-Muslim name, we will need a certificate that verifies you are a Muslim (Shahada Certificate). (You can obtain this from your local mosque)
