    Requirements to Travel for Hajj & Umrah:

    Every individual intending to travel to Saudi Arabia, for Umrah or Hajj, must ensure that the following requirements are met:
    • Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of journey, with 6 empty pages minimum.
    • For Hajj : Color Copy of US Passport or Green Card Only.
    • A completed Hajj Visa Application filled-out with black ink or printed; the form must be signed and stamped by the authorized travel agency.
    • For Umrah : Color copy of Passport, Green card, U.S re-entry permit, or H1 Visa. 
    • Three color passport size photo with white background.
    • Vaccination records for Meningitis, or Menactra. Injection can be taken at local county health department.
    • Copy of marriage certificate for couples whos last name are different, or letter of permission from Mahram if sister is over 45 traveling alone.
    • Copy of bith certificate for children.
    • New Muslims who have not changed their names, a copy of their Shahadah certificate is required.
