For green card holders, there will be an extra cost of $150 for Visa. Passengers may carry an UNLOCKED SMARTPHONE and will either have to purchase a local Saudi SIM Card upon arrival in Saudi Arabia or need to make sure their cellphone carrier includes Roaming Data.
